Delete your Finorify account

You can delete your Finorify account yourself in the app or on the web. Deletion is permanent.

Delete in the app or on the web

1. Open Finorify on iOS, Android, or at app.finorify.com.
2. Sign in with the email, Google, or Apple account you want to delete.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you only used Continue as guest, Profile shows Remove this guest session. That clears the guest session on this device. It does not delete a signed-in Finorify account.

If Finorify asks you to sign in again, sign in, then return to Profile and delete. We require a recent sign-in before we remove a permanent account.

If you cannot sign in

Email contact@finorify.com from the address on the account. Write that you want the account deleted. We process email requests within 7 days.

What we delete

When you delete a permanent account, we remove your Firebase sign-in and your Finorify user profile, including watchlist, display name, and style or risk preferences. In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests complete within 7 days.

What deletion does not cancel

App Store, Google Play, and Stripe subscriptions keep billing until you cancel them there. Deleting your Finorify account does not stop those charges.

• Stripe: sign in on the web, open Profile, and use Manage subscription.
