How to use a stock analysis app

Updated September 7, 2026. Product page: stock analysis app.

A stock analysis app should help you understand a company before you buy a share. Price charts are not enough. You need to see how the business earns, spends, and grows, then decide if today’s price makes sense.

Finorify is built for that job. It is a free stock analysis app on the web, iPhone, and Android. You pick a US-listed name, read the fundamentals as charts, and keep a watchlist that follows the same account.

What a stock analysis app should show

Most beginners open an app and see a candle chart. That answers “what did the price do.” It does not answer “is this a good business” or “am I paying too much.”

A useful stock analysis app covers four things:

Finorify puts those on one stock page: charts from company filings, a quality scorecard, a simple DCF entry check, and earnings dates. Help sheets sit on the charts if a term is new.

How Finorify is different from a trading app

Finorify does not place trades or hold your money. There is no order ticket. That is on purpose. The product is analysis and education. You can start as a guest at app.finorify.com, then keep the same watchlist when you create an account.

Guests get a limited number of stock-detail views. Finorify Pro is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, with a 7-day trial.

A five-minute first session

  1. Open the web app or install iOS / Android.
  2. Search a name you already know, such as a company you use every day.
  3. Read revenue and cash flow first. Ask if the business is growing or shrinking.
  4. Open the scorecard. It is a summary, not a grade you should obey blindly.
  5. Check the DCF only after you understand the story. Then look at the next earnings date.
